REY xxxx +/- 13.3h Palomino Mare ~ Advanced Handler Rey is a beautiful pony that came to HNHR in xxxx. She was one of the 29 horses rescued from a horrible abuse case in Garrett County. When she arrived she was under weight and infected with intestinal parasites and lice, but after a lot of love and care she recovered wonderfully and is now ready for her very own life-long home. Rey has been in training now and she is amazing! This smart little pony is ready for anything, she would be wonderful for any discipline. She is currently walk/trot/canter and is doing very well, in fact, she is surprising everyone! She has been out and about on trails both with another horse and by herself. She is not a spooky pony, is willing to try just about anything. Rey was broke off site at a very active barn, lots of noise, dogs and tractors...she barely blinks an eye. Rey stands on cross ties, loves to be groomed and bathed, and is learning that the farrier doesn't bite! This pony is going to be a amazing addition to any family! Rey is suitable for an experienced rider only or a family working closely with a trainer.
