xxxx Vespa VNB frame with everything upgraded around it. P200 engine with a Pinasco 215cc kit, 28mm carb, fuel pump, SIP EVO exhaust, upgraded clutch plates/springs, Bitubo rear / Sebac front shocks, PK front fork (10" wheel conversion), fully hydraulic front brake.
Starts on first kick, runs great, low mileage, clean title. I did all the work except for the paint (this is NOT a sketchy restoration -- no bondo!).
